Las Vegas is one of my true passions! The first time I visited this city was when I was in first grade and I was mesmerized by the lights of the Las Vegas Strip. During that visit I was also fortunate enough to experience life away from the excitement of Las Vegas Boulevard by visiting with family that called this new and exciting city their home. On the flight back to New York I can remember telling my parents that I wanted to one day live in Las Vegas.

Over the years I continued to visit Las Vegas, first with my parents and then as an adult, each time reaffirming my desire to make this my home. As magnificent as I found The Strip, l was really taken in by the community and how such a glamorous city could be so family orientated. In 2005 I finally realized a life-long dream, and my family and I made the move to Las Vegas. With so many beautiful areas we decided that Summerlin offered everything we were looking for and so much more. I still find the lights of Las Vegas Boulevard hypnotic, but they pale by comparison to my family's home porch light.
