I am a full-time licensed REALTOR and founder of The Minucci Group, who prides herself on my commitment to excellent service while working as a fierce negotiator for every buyer, seller, and investor.

We are a team of polished professionals who closed 125 transactions, totaling 60 million in sales for 2022.

For the past three years, my sales production has placed me within the top 250 agents in all of Southern Nevada. I specialize in relocation, new construction, probate, guardianship, will/trust, and Veteran transactions. Honors include: Nevada Realtors 40 under 40 award in 2020, 2021, and 2022, Top 25 Women in Real Estate award recipient 2022-2024, and a graduate of the Nevada Realtors Association State Leadership Academy.

My career began in 2004 as a property manager, responsible for roughly 500 multi-family homes. In the decade that followed, I expanded into several facets of residential real estate, such as community operations throughout the Summerlin and Henderson areas, renovating distressed properties, purchasing foreclosures, as well as homes at auction. I joined Berkshire Hathaway's team of licensed Real Estate Professionals in 2014.

As an avid philanthropist, my natural inclination to help others keeps me busy. When I am not helping clients, my focus is on giving back to our community. Charitable organizations I work with include volunteering for Lone Woof Rescue, The Nevada Preservation Foundation, and the Historic Downtown Neighborhood Coalition. Additionally, I worked to establish musical scholarships and grants for teachers and students within the Clark County School District with the Las Vegas Jam Band Society.
